BandWagon Presents uses this website to publish event information and connect guests with official ticket sellers. This policy explains the information involved and the choices available to visitors.

Information you provide

If you contact us, join a list, enter a promotion, or purchase a ticket through a linked service, the information you submit is used to fulfill that request. Ticket payments and purchaser accounts are handled by TIXR under TIXR's own terms and privacy policy.

Show alert signup

When you join the free show alert list, Hive processes your email address, optional first name, marketing-consent choice, and the show interests and cities you select. BandWagon uses those choices to send more relevant announcements. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in an email.

Artist and performer submissions

Artist submissions are stored in a private BandWagon directory so our booking team can review opportunities, maintain booking history, and contact acts about potential shows. Internal notes, review status, tags, and submission history are available only to authenticated team members. We do not send artist contact information to another company unless a team member takes an explicit action for a booking workflow.

Site delivery and security

Our hosting and security providers may process standard request data, including IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs, to deliver and protect the site.

Advertising measurement

Unless you opt out, Meta advertising tools and a short-lived ticket attribution identifier may be used to understand which event promotions lead to page views and ticket interest. We do not use this website to sell personal information for money.

Use the Privacy choices control in the footer to turn advertising measurement off or back on. The site also honors Global Privacy Control and keeps advertising measurement off when that browser signal is active. See the cookie information for details.

AI-powered customer service

When you ask the customer-service assistant a question, OpenAI processes the conversation through Netlify's AI Gateway. BandWagon stores a privacy-filtered copy of each question and answer to identify common needs and improve future answers. The filter is designed to remove obvious email addresses, phone numbers, payment-card-like numbers, order references, credentials, and links before storage. Please do not submit personal, order, login, or payment information. These support logs are not used for advertising.

Third-party services

Hive, TIXR, maps, social platforms, venue websites, and other services are governed by those services' policies when they process your information or after you leave this site.

Your choices and requests

You may use the footer privacy control at any time. You may also ask questions or request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by BandWagon Presents through our contact page.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version.
