Created by Kellner Schoenke at their Longmont restaurant, The Black Buzzard drink fused bacon-infused bourbon and ten fidy imperial stout. Chef and Oskar Blues fooderies partner, Jason Rogers, shared a sip with Kellner, and they realized they had both frequented the same closed blues bar on 16th and Market Street, Brendan's.
